Worship Program Single Use Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Worship Program™ Single Use, a service of PrintandPraise.com™ (P&P). P&P provides this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"), which P&P may update from time to time. You can review the most current version of the TOU at any time on this page. P&P also may offer other web-based services from time to time that are governed by different Terms of Use. The following TOU apply only to Worship Program™ Single Use.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Worship Program™ Single Use currently allows users to create one worship program for congregational use. P&P shall have the right to change or discontinue any aspect of Worship Program™ Single Use at any time. For example, P&P may change the price, content, hours of availability or equipment needed for access or use.

3. CONTENT AND USE
The contents of Worship Program™ Single Use are intended for noncommercial use. Worship Program™ Single Use contents include, but are not limited to editions of prayers, readings, worship outlines, art, headings and formatting elements. These contents are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by P&P or the party credited as the provider of the Content. Purchasing access to Worship Program™ Single Use gives you the right to download, reprint, photocopy, or otherwise reproduce and distribute the Content for non-commercial purposes. You agree to abide by all copyright notices, information and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through Worship Program™ Single Use.

4. GUIDE TO COPYRIGHT
A copyright is intellectual property that belongs to a copyright holder. Only the copyright holder or administrator of that copyright has the legal right to use or to grant permission to use the copyrighted material. OCP is the administrator for content accessed through Worship Program™ Single Use. Your purchase of Worship Program™ Single Use includes permission to reproduce the content accessed in a single worship program.

5. ACCESSING WORSHIP PROGRAM/OCP ACCOUNT DATA
To use Worship Program™ Single Use, you need a valid email address and password. In order to purchase, you need to provide valid information to establish an OCP account. You agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself ("Account Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update your user profile.

6. OCP ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
Each time you access Worship Program™ Single Use you must enter your email and password associated with the Account Data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email/password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your email/password. You agree to immediately notify P&P of any unauthorized use of your email or password or any other breach of security. P&P cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 6.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
Account Data and personal information are subject to the Privacy Policy of www.printandpraise.org. For more information, see our full Privacy Policy.

8. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN P&P AND SUBSCRIBERS
P&P reserves the right to send electronic mail to you regarding Worship Program™ Single Use service advisories as necessary to support your ability to use the product. You will be given the option to receive marketing messages such as notices concerning other products, the introduction of new features, special promotions, and surveys.

9. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a purchaser of Worship Program™ Single Use. If you have purchased as a member of a church or institution, you agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a purchaser of Worship Program™ Single Use to anyone outside of your church or institution. You agree to be financially responsible for all usage or activity on your Worship Program™ Single Use account.

10. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to sell, resell or offer for any commercial purposes any portion of Worship Program™ Single Use, use of Worship Program™ Single Use or access to Worship Program™ Single Use.

11. EQUIPMENT
You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of Worship Program™ Single Use and all charges related thereto.

12. MONITORING
P&P shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of Worship Program™ Single Use. P&P shall have the sole right to edit, or remove any material on the website.

13. CHANGED TERMS
P&P shall have the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes or additions shall be effective immediately upon posting on Worship Program™ Single Use or when you obtain actual knowledge of them. Any use of Worship Program™ Single Use after such notice shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes and/or additions.

14. REFUNDS
Purchase of Worship Program™ Single Use is non-refundable.
P&P may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of Worship Program™ Single Use for any reason.

15. GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Oregon. You consent to jurisdiction in the State of Oregon, and you agree that Multnomah County, Oregon, shall be the venue for any action brought under these Terms of Use.
