PrintandPraise Printing Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to PrintandPraise™ Printing, a service of PrintandPraise.com™ (P&P). P&P provides this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"), which P&P may update from time to time. You can review the most current version of the TOU at any time on this page. P&P also may offer other web-based services from time to time that are governed by different Terms of Use. The following TOU apply only to PrintandPraise Printing.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

PrintandPraise Printing currently allows users to define parameters related to and obtain digitally printed renderings of worship aids designed via Worship Program. P&P shall have the right to change or discontinue any aspect of PrintandPraise Printing at any time. For example, P&P may change the price, content, hours of availability or equipment needed for access or use.

3. CONTENT AND USE

PrintandPraise Printing is a service which provides a digital printing purchasing option for documents created through Worship Program. A valid Worship Program subscription is required to have access to PrintandPraise Printing.

4. ACCESSING PrintandPraise Printing/OCP ACCOUNT DATA

To use PrintandPraise Printing, you need a valid email address and password. In order to purchase printing services, you must either provide a valid credit card number or the information necessary to establish an OCP account. If you choose to establish an OCP account, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself ("Account Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update your user profile.

5. OCP ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

Each time you access PrintandPraise Printing you must enter the email address and password associated with your Account Data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email/password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your email/password. You agree to immediately notify P&P of any unauthorized use of your email or password or any other breach of security. P&P cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Account Data and personal information are subject to the Privacy Policy of www.printandpraise.org. For more information, see our full Privacy Policy.

7. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN P&P AND SUBSCRIBERS

P&P reserves the right to send electronic mail to you regarding PrintandPraise Printing as necessary to support your ability to use the service. You will be given the option to receive marketing messages such as notices concerning other products, the introduction of new features, special promotions, and surveys. All correspondence regarding PrintandPraise Printing should be sent to support@printandpraise.com.

8. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to be financially responsible for all amounts due for printing services you order.

9. EQUIPMENT

You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of PrintandPraise Printing and all charges related thereto.

10. MONITORING

P&P shall have the right to decline a printing order for any reason including, but not limited to, printing capacities, nature of the content in a document submitted for printing, and outstanding invoices for previously completed print jobs.

11. CHANGED TERMS

P&P shall have the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes or additions shall be effective immediately upon posting on PrintandPraise Printing or when you obtain actual knowledge of them. Any use of PrintandPraise Printing after such notice shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes and/or additions.

12. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by sending an email to support@printandpraise.com. Upon termination, you will receive confirmation via email within one (1) business day. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is deactivated. P&P may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of PrintandPraise Printing or Worship Program for any reason. If you terminate your subscription to Worship Program the services of PrintandPraise Printing will no longer be available to you.

13. GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Oregon. You consent to jurisdiction in the State of Oregon, and you agree that Multnomah County, Oregon, shall be the venue for any action brought under these Terms of Use.
