I want to print the document I created in Worship Program. What are my options?

You can print your document online through PrintandPraise Printing, or you can download your document to your computer and print it in your office. See the Worship Program FAQ for more information on printing from your computer.

What is PrintandPraise Printing?

PrintandPraise Printing is the new printing service for documents created in Worship Program. It allows Worship Program subscribers to place a print order online. The service uses a high-speed, high-resolution printer. Printed documents are delivered within three days (two for expedited processing).

How much does PrintandPraise Printing cost?

Your costs are based on paper weight, number of copies and processing method (standard or expedited). Each time you select a printing option or enter data, PrintandPraise automatically re-calculates your total cost. Shipping is included in your total cost. Expedited processing is an additional $25.

What kinds of paper can I use?

Paper for printed programs comes in two different weights: standard (S20: 50 pound stock) and heavy (S24: 60 pound stock). A thicker and heavier stock (S28: 70 pound) is automatically used for your cover when you include a color image in the cover design.

What size documents/paper can I print?

Currently, we only offer printing services for 8 1/2" x 14" (half-fold) documents.

How many pages can my printed document have?

Up to 36 pages (eight 8 1/2" x 14" sheets folded).

What color paper can I use?

You can print on white, cream, green or yellow paper. However, if you have a color image on the front cover, you must use white paper for both the cover and the inside pages.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are included in the total cost of printing and processing your programs. There are no extra shipping charges added at the end. Expedited processing, which guarantees delivery within two days of ordering, costs an additional $25.

When should I place my order?

It's always best to place your order as early as you can. We recommend ordering at least two weeks before your need-by date. But we can also handle rush orders. Standard processing takes only three days, including shipping. Expedited processing, available for an additional $25, takes only two days. Use our Printing Service Calendar to determine an order deadline based on your desired delivery date.

Can my printed program have color images?

Yes, our service allows for color artwork or photographs on the front cover of your document, but not on the inside pages. If your document has a color image on the cover, you must use our heavy, white S28 paper for the cover and white paper for the inside pages.

Can I track my order?

Yes, our Order Status page allows you to track all your printing orders.

Can I have my programs delivered on Saturday or Sunday?

No, delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.

When is the latest I can place my order if I want to receive it on Friday without having to pay for the expedited processing fee?

Before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday.

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

No. When you place your order it goes directly into the print queue. We ask you to print and proofread your document thoroughly before submitting your printing order to make sure it contains no errors.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

UPS only.

I live outside the U.S. Can you ship printed programs to non-U.S. addresses?

No, PrintandPraise Printing is not available outside the U.S.

Can I have my program printed but not stapled?

At this time, all programs printed through our service will be stapled.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay online using a credit card or you can bill the order to your OCP account.
