User Preferences—expedite the editing process!

Control almost every aspect of your program from the very beginning!

Set defaults for:

  • Your Lectionary or other source for scripture readings
  • Initial elements you want to appear in every program: scriptures, prayers, music, etc.
  • Your hymnal or music resource—PrintandPraise.com will provide song search results from the books you're using
  • Complete scripture readings or citations; music and texts or just song number
  • Formatting: paper size, design style, page numbering and more

Custom Text—editing options!

Only singing the first two verses of a song? Wish you could edit the lyrics? Or upload and store that weekly announcement you put in your program? Now you can!

Our new Custom Text tools let you:

  • Upload or type in new texts such as announcements, song lyrics, etc.
  • Edit song, scripture and prayer texts
  • Store custom texts in a Text Library—and upload them for use in future documents

Custom Music, Custom Images—upload it!

Upload music and images from your computer for use in your programs!

  • Upload music scores from your computer or your online music downloading service
  • The Custom Music tool automatically creates a high-quality, standardized engraving—it even splits the music across two or more pages if necessary!
  • Upload images such as photographs or artwork
  • Upload files in JPG, GIF, TIFF, EPS, PNG and BMP formats
  • Save music and images in your Music Library and Image Library (see top navigation under Worship Program)

License Helper—simplifies usage reporting!

When you're ready to save and print your program, our new License Helper kicks in to make sure all your music copyrights are in order.

  • Automatically alerts you to songs missing licensing information
  • Creates a licensing information sheet for all the music in your program, arranged by license provider—makes a great reference for submitting usage reports
  • Automatically submits a usage report for songs covered by LicenSingOnline
